BLYGOLD Coating

Bligold's anti-corrosion coating was started in the Netherlands in1976 and is currently being implemented in more than 60 countries
around the world as the only solution for preventing HVAC coil corrosion. Introduced in Korea in 2002, it complements the material
characteristics of heat exchangers that may be vulnerable to corrosion.
A polyurethane coating containing fine aluminum powder is sprayed directly between fins using a high-pressure spray to increase heat
conduction efficiency and prevent various types of corrosion.
It is highly effective in preventing corrosion caused by contact with different metals, ultraviolet rays, salt, moisture, and various harmful
gases.

Salt Spray Experiment

Salt water with a salinity of 5% was continuously sprayed at a temperature of 35°C for more than 4,000 hours, but no corrosion
occurred at all in specimens with Bligold coating applied (salinity of general seawater: 3.5%).
