What are the causes of compressor overheating?

*This is a refrigerant charging method when it cannot be filled with high-pressure tube piping. Please refer to "Causes of scroll compressor overheating" in the following article.

1. Refrigerant shortage or overcharging (charge the quantity with a refrigerant scale)

2. Cycle clogging (dry filter, solenoid valve, expansion valve)

1) Check the temperature before and after the dry filter. It was clogged when the temperature before and after was different.

2) Is the solenoid valve working normally?

(If you apply electricity to the solenoid valve, you can hear the sound of opening and tapping. Alternatively, you can check using Danfoss's "MagneticTool" app)

3) Is the capacity of the expansion valve correct? Or try opening the dilation valve a little more. A small amount of refrigerant passes through the evaporator from the expansion valve, and the cold refrigerant does not reach the compressor, causing the compressor to overheat.

3. Condenser clogged or dirty (clean the inside with high-pressure nitrogen. Clean the contaminated condenser.)

4. The capacity of the compressor is too large compared to the condenser or evaporator.
