*Necessary equipment for refrigeration work.(3 Kinds)

1.Refrigerant scale.

Refrigerant must be charged with the correct weight.

If you read and fill only the pressure of the manifold gauge, you will read the wrong pressure that depends on several variables.

2. Vacuum pump.

Sufficient vacuum work must be done before charging the refrigerant.

Weld scale, various impurities, moisture, etc. remaining inside must be removed.

In particular, moisture in the air is a fatal risk factor in the refrigeration cycle.

If the water is not removed, the water in the expansion valve is stagnant as ice and cannot be sprayed.

Since the evaporator does not evaporate, the desired temperature cannot be reached.

3. Refrigerant recovery machine.

When replacing a compressor, leaking refrigerant, or relocating a refrigeration warehouse, the refrigerant must be recovered using a refrigerant recovery machine.

When the refrigerant is blown into the air, the ozone layer is destroyed and the environment of the earth deteriorates.

Already, 22 countries have agreed to regulate refrigerants through the Montreal Protocol in 1987.

In addition, the refrigerant handling license ordinance was also announced.
