1. Why should the drain hose be installed as a U-Trap?

*Air is drawn in by the fan of the Evaporator, and condensation and mist are formed inside.

*Method: Bend the drain hose into a U shape.

2. When the condensing unit is installed higher than the evaporator, it traps the suction line in a U shape also.
