• This manual describes the instruction and outline of the controller.
• Be sure to read manual before use it correctly.

1. Product Overview

: This controller is used for low temperature storage, refrigeration and freezer use.

The basic operation is to compare the detected temperature of the temperature sensor with the preset temperature, to operate the compressor during the set period, and to operate the defrost heater repeatedly according to the set time.

• Operation / Stop:

Power on / off the controller.

Press and hold for 10 seconds, the controller setting value is initialized to the factory preset value.

• Setting:

Used to set detailed operation. Press and hold the set button for 5 seconds to display the detailed setting menu. You can check and change the set value using the Down and Up Buttons.

• Down / up

Used to change the setting temperature.

(Used when changing the detailed setting value)

  * Manual defrosting:

Used for Forced defrost operation. When the manual defrost button is pressed, the defrosting operation is started immediately. If pressed again, the manual defrosting mode is canceled.

  3.Manual Defrosting

1. 1. It is used when using forced defrost mode. When the manual defrost button is pressed, the compressor operation is stopped immediately and defrosting operation is activated.
   2. If the manual defrost button is pressed again during operation, the manual defrost is canceled.
   3. The manual defrosting time operates for the time set in the “A-5” menu. 

 4. Detailed Setting

Press and hold the setup button for 5 seconds display the first menu (A-1) of the detailed setting in the current temperature window and the setting value in the set temperature window. To change the setting value, use the UP or Down button. If the setting button is pressed briefly once, the next item menu is displayed. After completing the setting of “dps” on the last menu in this way. Press the SET button and the buzzer sounds and “SAU” flicker 3 times and the setting is completed.

(It works as change value immediately after setting completion.)

 Temperature deviation (A-1): If the current temperature is higher than (setting + deviation temperature)

• Comp delay (A-2): On the condition that COMP output is ON, time when actual output is on
• Comp blocking (A-3): “0” setting – No use (no change)
• Defrost period (A-4): Set the defrost output OFF time in minute
• Defrost time (A-5): Set the defrosting output ON time in minute
• Eva fan delay (A-6): When EVA fan output is ON after Comp operation, the time when the actual output        is ON
• Eva fan function (A-7): Set Eva Fan operation function.

      Temperature Correction (A-8):  Setting up if there is deviation between the current                   temperature and the standard temperature,

      Constant Temperature Function (Temperature Correction) (A-9): When the current                  temperature falls below the set temperature + constant temperature (deviation                      temperature), turn on the defrost heater output and EVA fan output at the same time.            When  the current temperature rises to reach the set temperature, the constant                      temperature operation is stopped.

• Do not use the constant temperature function when setting 0°C
• Fan Delay after defrosting (A-A): The time when the actual output of EVA fan is ON after defrosting
• Comp delay after defrosting (A-B):  The time when the actual output of the compressor is turned on after defrosting
• Comp Operation while Defrosting (A-C):  “OFF” setting – no use (impossible to change)
• Current temperature display after defrosting (A-D):  ON / Display after defrosting is over
• Off / Display when set temperature is reached after defrosting is over
• Comp Accumulative Defrost Operation (A-E):  OFF: “OFF” setting – no use (impossible to change)
• Error Buzzer Operation Setting (Erb): ON / Use Buzzer, OFF/ no use of buzzer
• Abnormal Temperature Delay Time Setting (Ert): 0 / no use of abnormal temperature error function.. 10 to 250 minutes / when the current temperature rises or falls above the abnormal temperature (high temperature deviation / low temperature deviation) value and continues for the set abnormal temperature delay time (Ert), the check alarm function (buzzer sounds and temperature window flicker)
• Abnormal Temperature High Temperature deviation (Eth): When the current temperature rises above set temperature + high temperature deviation (Eth) and continues for abnormal temperature delay time (Erh) Abnormal high temperature display flickers and alarm sounds
• Abnormal Temperature Low Temperature Deviation (EtL): When the current temperature is lower than set temperature + Low temperature deviation (EtL) and continues for abnormal temperature delay time (Ert). Abnormal low temperature display flicker and alarm sounds.
• Operation mode setting (dPS): Fixing “S” setting – fixing terminal circuit

 6. Factory Initialization(Reset)

• If pressing and hold the power button for 10 seconds, “SAU” flickers on the temperature display window and buzzer sounds to indicate the completion of the initialization.
