Q. = AK. × delta t

10. = 1. x delta t / d. / L

L. = insulation thermal conductivity. (Kcal cal. / Mh C.)

d. = Minimum thickness of insulation. (m.)

d. = L. x delta the. × 10 L.

Ex) At an ambient temperature of 33 degrees Celsius, the freezer room temperature is -5 degrees Celsius:

Polyurethane. / 0.019. Thermal conduction. = 75 mm.

Styrofoam. / 0.029 Heat conduction. = 120 mm.

Ice pink / 0.023 Heat conduction. = 100 mm.

Glass wool / 0.027 heat conduction. = 110 mm.

Note: Materials that are harmful to human body among insulation materials are forbidden in the US, so you should inquire about local ordinances.
See international coordination general information.
