The temperature does not go down.

The temperature does not drop to the set target temperature.

1.Check if the compressor and Eva fan are working properly.

2.Check if the heater temperature control switch on the panel of the EVA fan is "ON". (If turned to the right, the heater temperature is strong.)

3.Make sure the ice is frozen on the back of the evaporator and on the compressor (if it is frozen, it must be melted).

4.Please check the defrost cycle and defrost time (appropriate defrost cycle: 240 Min. Defrost time: 30 Min.) - How to set up: FAQ---> Freezer/Machine---> No3 or No. 8
