▒ Free warranty period and scope

Parts or machines of Walk-in Freezer have a one-year warranty including the day we installed them.

However, if the installation was installed by someone other than our staff or installed in combination with other parts, the free warranty is not available. Such malfunctions are handled for a fee even during the warranty period.

▒ Non-warranty scope

•In case of remodeling our product specifications, or if an accident occurs without using parts and protection devices designated by our company. In the case of an accident that exceeds the range of evaporation temperature, condensation temperature, and outside air temperature specified in our standard specifications, accidents caused by conditions other than the specified voltage

•Accidents caused by negligence in operation, adjustment, maintenance, etc. •The condenser burns, the surrounding air is polluted, and the condenser vibrates. Accidents caused by the installation location (special environmental conditions such as insufficient air volume, corrosive substances, chemicals, etc.)

Accidents due to inadequate adjustment (super heat of expansion valve, high/low pressure and hydraulic pressure of pressure switch, and other protection device settings)

Accidents caused by short cycle driving (when driving a short cycle for less than 5 minutes each of run-stop)

Accidents due to insufficient maintenance (if oil is not changed, if gas leak is neglected)

Accidents due to insufficient repair work (parts, defective parts, poor technical judgment, and product specifications significantly different)

Accidents caused by refrigerant overcharging, lack of refrigerant, etc. (failure to start, poor motor cooling)

Accidents caused by liquid-back.

•If it is judged that air or moisture has been inhaled due to gas leakage, etc., accidents caused by natural disasters or fires.

•In case of damage or damage due to improper handling during installation work.

•If improvement is not made despite the fact that the company's officials have pointed out deficiencies in the construction.

In addition, secondary compensation such as cooling goods and business compensation due to a refrigerator accident is not covered in principle, so it is recommended to purchase non-life insurance.
