Some customers have cut with scissors that the BNC connector on the camera connected

to the DVR will not fall out.


In this case we charge the customer for the reconnection

of the BNC connector.


In addition, even during the free after-sales(A/S) period, if the customer repairs due to negligence or natural disaster, Customer will be charged.
