Sales and Warranty Policies/about parts and products

1. All items being claimed for warranty should carry-in or visited site for any defective item to FIRST

EGPIS MDSE accompanied by this contract . Without it, the company reserves the right to decline for

the exchange of the item or some installed or any parts and other products.

2. Each item or products with First EGPIS MDSE must be identified by a contract indicating the month,

day and year in which the contract was made.

3. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: (Not covered by warranty)

a) physical damage such as burns, cracks, broken edges, rust, corrosion and insect feces / urine;

b) transportation, delivery and / or incidental costs

Defects or damage caused by computer virus / worm attacks;

d) Loss of data during repair or check up procedures;

e) FREE items such as surge protector etc.

f) Defect or damage that arise from acts of God force majeure(Natural disasters(Thunderstroke,

Typhoon, flooding, Earthquake, fortuitous event, acts of public enemies, authority of law, riots, theft,

robbery or high voltage or any circumstances beyond its control;

g) Defect or damage due to mishandling, neglect or abuse by the customer.

h) Internet connection and IP address problem,

4. Sales or Installations Return Policy:

a) If found defective, replacement / exchange are allowed within three days upon purchase, free of charge. However if the customer wanted to replace or exchange the said product for some reason

that is unacceptable to the Company, the customer agrees to pay the restocking fee amounting to

Sales :10% of the total amount(purchased or contract).

a)Package installations(w/ Freezer):50% of the total amount.

b) If you cancel after the contract, you must pay a 10% penalty on the amount paid and All expenses.

c) Items that are exchanged outside the three-day period shall be penalized a restocking fee of 15% and expenses.

An additional of 5% per week will be charged on the succeeding week (e.g.20% on the second week, 25% on the third week and so on)In the event of price drop or price increase, the computation shall be done on the original purchased price. Installations fee is not return.

d) Only items that have their complete accessories (boxes, CD driver and manuals) in pristine condition shall be honored for exchange.

e) The company reserves the RIGHT to decline any return or exchange of items when deemed necessary.

f) If the date of installation specified in the contract is exceeded for one month or more, 3% of the total contract amount shall be paid each month in consideration of the interest rate and inflation of the product.

5. For some installation service warranty, we offer three (3) on-site visits FREE OF CHARGE until 1year. Regular charges apply for the succeeding requests for on-site visits. After one (1) year of wiring

installation, if any concern , carry in to FIRST EGPIS MDSE.

*until 30Km:1,200 Pesos/visit *Until 60Km:2,000 Pesos/visit

*Until 150Km:3,500 Pesos/visit *Until 300Km:6,000 Pesos/visit

In case of litigation arising from this transaction, the courts of Baguio City shall have jurisdiction

and all legal cost shall be for the account of the customer. Interest at 24% per annum will be charged on overdue accounts. Title to the merchandise remains the property of the seller until it has been fully paid. FIRST EGPIS MERCHANDISE is not responsible for any loss of income, delayed work, and other damages that may arise during the service warranty period. 

Sales and Warranty Policies/about freezer parts and installations

1. Warranty and Conditions

1) Warranty is 1 year (If don't have AVR: 6 month only)

2) Except Warranty:

-Natural disasters (Thunder stroke, Typhoon, flooding, Earthquake.)

-If previously installed, Removed, Movement, Repair, Fire, Etc,…

-High tension electricity

-Arbitrarily manipulate to control box.

6. Responsibilities

1)If food is spoiled due to a breakdown in the freezer during the free service period, the supplier is responsible. However, the buyer must move the food or take appropriate action until the freezer is repaired.

2)Buyer is responsible for any problems caused by negligence or absence of administrator.

3)The internal temperature of the freezer can vary depending on the cleanliness of the condensing unit and the outside temperature.

7. Maintenance fee

1)In the event of a problem or performance degradation due to a natural disaster or electrical fluctuation during the warranty period, the purchaser will be charged for maintenance and inspection.

2)When the warranty period is over, the maintenance fee can be contracted at a certain amount every year according to mutual agreement, or a method of payment is made every time a visit is made.

8. Contract conditions

1)Unexpected problems may arise, such as change of desired materials of any part of installation-related, the needs of buyer and seller under the agreement maybe added to the installation cost estimated, depends on the materials to be use.

2) Upon termination of this Agreement, Supplier will not be able to return prepayment to Buyer. Because we have paid material and shipping fee to the exporting country and we can't get the price if we sell to other customers. The refrigeration system does not refund money to the contractor (prepayment).
